04/24/2007: "Lee Vining Canyon"

Hwy 120 will open tomorrow from Lee Vining up to Tioga Pass. The pass isn't open yet and the National Park Service hasn't updated the plowing report since the 19th, so i don't have any information about that.

Hey Steven, like Leslie commented before great to read yr (daily) updates. May 4 we will fly to US from Europe, and travel to Yosemite on May 8 to stay there until May 12. I daily check out sites, hoping that Tioga Road and Glacier Road will open before our arrival. So please continue with your updates, consider them very valuable. One question now we are communicating, do we need chains to drive thru the park and these mentioned roads? Thank you for advice.
