Good morning

Good morning guys.
Just wanted to let you know that I'm still around. I've just been so busy that I haven't taken the time to think about the website. I will get back into it soon though. I promise.
I had a lot of company this last weekend for the fishing derby. We fished our butts off on Sat. for just a few fish. We covered the Owens River from Laws to south of Warm Springs Rd. We got to the river at 5:30 am and fished until around 2. I haven't fished that hard in years. It felt good though. It was nice to get out and forget about things for a day.
Looks like the weather is cooling off here in Bishop for a few days. It was cloudy and windy yesterday and the temps were back to normal for this time of year. I think they are forecast to stay in the low to mid 70s for a few days. That's good. It's a little to early for the temps to be in the 80s like they have been.

I'm heading down to my sister's in Redondo Beach on Friday. I won't be back in Bishop until Tues. So if you don't hear from me until then, you know why. But I'll try to get another post up before I leave.

Just sayin' Hi

Hi guys,
Just wanted to let you all know that I've been home since Thursday and have been taking it easy for a few days. It feels good to be home. I feel closer to Tammy here. All I have to do is look up at Mt Tom and know that she is here in the valley watching over me. Everyday brings new challenges though. But I'm hanging in there, taking things moment by moment and doing ok.

Someone asked last week where they could send cards to. I really don't want to put my address up for the whole world to see, so if you'd like to send a card you can email me by clicking the Contact Me link to the left and I will send the address to you.

For those of you who have sent me new cam links and site links over the last month, I will get them up on the site soon.

Hi all,
Thank you for all of the support and prayers. I just got back to Victorville today from taking Tammy's mom back to Phoenix and my email is overflowing with your love. Wow!
I haven't had time to read all of the comments and I'm a little to tired to read them tonight. I will get to them in the next few days though.

Tomorrow I head back home to Bishop. With all that has happened I know it's going to hit me like a ton of bricks as soon as I see Mt Tom coming into view. And I know that the next few days will be tough. But I have good family support at home and I have all this support from you guys.

I'll talk to you guys later. I may not have internet access until the first of the week though.

Update

Yesterday affternoon, Friday the 2nd of March, at 12:15 PM my darling wife Tammy passed away. For five weeks she bravely battled liver failure, coma, and many infections. In the end her poor body just didn't have the strength to continue.
On Wed. we were told by the doctors that she wasn't going to make it and if she did she most likely would never fully come out of the coma. We decided on Thusday that it was time to let her go, and on Friday at 11:30 she was taken off of the ventilator. Through her time of death is offically 12:15, I know that she left us at 12:00 because of a very powerful vision I had while at her bedside. I will tell you guys about it at another time.

Thank you is just not enough to tell you guys how much you have meant to me over the last five weeks. Your prayers and support have given me strength beyond anything I thought I was capable of. And it also gave Tammy the strength to fight as hard as she did. Tammy and I love you guys with all of our heart and soul.
