A few site changes
Over the next few months you may start seeing some changes to SierraVisions. I will be getting rid of the links, weather, and wallpaper pages and will be replacing them with something else. I’m going to try to combine the weather with the cams page since people use the cams to see the weather anyway. I will also be doing my yearly update of the cam links as soon as the snow begins to fall. I’ve noticed that some of them are out of date again.
I’m considering bringing an image gallery back to the main site again. The “Through My Eyes” gallery hasn’t really worked for me, so I’m thinking of bringing the gallery back to SierraVisions and having it hooked up to my Flickr account. That way it will update automatically as I update Flickr.
I’m also thinking of letting my poems have a page all their own.
One other thing I will be doing is updating the software I use to run the site. This shouldn’t affect you guys in any way unless it causes problems with the site. I will let you know before the update, so if the site would happen to go down then you will know why. I’ll also need you all to cross you fingers for me on that day so the update can go smooth
That’s it for now. I just wanted to give you all a heads up to what’s going to be happening in the near future.
One more thing, I am also going to be working on a new site. This one will be for my business Steven Bourelle Digital Arts. It will have my graphics work on it, my digital restoration, my photography and my computer art. So wish me luck on that.
