Great work Allie! What beautiful colors! I just saw a report from Inge Fernau posted over at Carol Leigh’s fall color page. Inge shares lots of helpful info on sightings 9-27-9/30 from Bishop area to Dunderberg Meadow. Here’s the link: http://www.calphoto.com/fall.htm
Thanks Kahlee! It was so pretty up there, I could have stayed all day at North Lake. No people there on a Monday, Sunday was packed with tri-pods, according to friends who live there. A lot of deer too, must have either been the rain, or no people that brought them out. It is like they posed for that one shot!! What fun we had, I sure dont have Steven’s talent, mother nature was just kind to me!
Great shots Allie. I’m hoping to get up to the area in by next weekend. Thanks for sharing.
Simply beautiful!!! The more often you take pictures the better you will become ’cause you’ll start seeing things differently. You did a great job! Thanks for sending those to Steven to share. He’s anxiouosly awaiting for WI to peak its colors and share his photos with everyone. We’re planning a long weekend getaway to see colors in areas I haven’t even been to in my own state yet. Stay tuned!
Hope you have a wonderful time on your getaway. Look forward to seeing photos of Wisconsin in its autumn glory. I’m heading for Mammoth Lakes and Bishop this coming week. I’ll send reports whenever I can. What a glorious time of year!
