Where in the Sierra is it #8 Answer
Good job guys. Many of you nailed it with Ellery Lake. I thought this one would be a little harder than it was. That’s two in a row that you guys have done well on. Guess the next one will have to be a tough one

Boy, I guess that one was a little to easy. next one will have to be tougher. Everyone got it right, Rock Creek Lake. But only Rob got Mt Morgan in the background, so bonus points to you Rob.
On another note, Allie mentioned in her comment about the Lake Sabrina web site showing daily pictures of the lake and canyon. Here’s the link to their site, Lake Sabrina Boat Landing.
Click on the Changing Scenery link to see the changes. It looks like the trees are beginning to change.
Thanks for the info Allie

(Loud applause and cheering from the crowd)
Scout, tell us about today’s guest picture.
“Woof, woof, woof. Bark, woof bark. Bark bark, woof woof bark…..”
Let me translate that.
“Today’s guest picture was taken somewhere in the Sierra Nevada. It’s of a lake with a peak in the background. Can you name that lake? Bonus points for naming the peak too. I’d sure like to pee on all of those trees…….” Oops, didn’t mean to translate that last part.
