I know a guy here who is originally from Minnesota and he claims that the largest known waves in the world (ocean or lake) have occurred on Lake Superior.  We&#039;ve all heard about when the &quot;gales of November come callin&#039;&quot;, but I think he&#039;s crazy.</description>
