New Web Cams
Just finished updating the Sierra Cams Page and we now have three new Sierra Cams and one new California Cam. The New Sierra cams are, Mt Whitney, Sierra Springs Village and White Mtn Research Station. The new Cal. cam is from Palos Verdes.
- The Whtney Portal Genral Store put the Whitney cam back up after it had been down for a few years. It’s better than ever.
- The Sierra Springs Village cam is on Bass Lake and includes our favorite feature, time lapse movies.
- I added the White Mtn Research cam to the Sierra list even though the isn’t in the Sierra. It’s close enough and you can see the Sierra in the background.
- If you’re in the mood for some warmth and beauty, you can’t beat the Palos Verdes cam. It’s also one of the clearest cams I’ve ever seen.
I also cleaned up the comments on the cams page. I hate deleting comments, but if I don’t do it the page becomes way to long.

You know me, I get around to my updates eventually :-)
May have another Mt Whitney cam soon. Was just sent a link to one, but it doesn’t quite seem to be working yet. Hopefully they’ll get it up and running.
Just added a Lone Pine cam to the list too. this is the one mentioned above.

Since Corey changed the webcam to the Stardot my work computer won’t let me see theimage…any ideas on what would be preventing it???
You most likely need to update Java. That’s the culprit most of the time. Don’t know if you’ll be allowed to update it at work though. If you have an IT person tell them it needs updated.
