Oh What a Beautiful Morning
The sun is out this morning, the birds are singing and it smells so fresh after our rain. The snow is almost gone, just a few patches here and there, and check this out, the temperature has officially hit 50!! That’s the first 50 since October.

Has Spring really sprung in the Midwest?
Maybe, but not for the Sierra Nevada. Winter Storm Warnings are posted for the Sierra Nevada through Saturday. They’re expecting up to 13 inches of snow tonight.
I thought the midwest was supposed to be cold and wintery. Yet I live in Southern California and there is still snow on the ground.

Yeah, me too. We’ve had a very mild winter this year.
We went down to San Diego this past weekend, it was 63º at 8:30pm, when we got home at 11pm it was 24º in Big Bear. Quite a difference =)
