Our Storm
Well, the winter storm warning kind of washed out for us in Kenosha. We ended up with about 2 inches of snow. All of it fell late last night. It actually began snowing a little after noon yesterday. But the temps didn’t drop below freezing until the middle of the night. So we ended up with a rainy, snowy, sleety day on Sunday. The wind howled all day and night though. It was blowing steadily over 20 mph and there were some heavy gust from time to time.
North of us and inland from the lake fared better with snowfall amounts. Some areas had as much as 7-9 inches.
Looks like we have more snow on the way for Wed. At the present the National Weather Sevice is calling for 1-3 inches.
