Like I said in the last post, we took a trip over to Pikes Peak State Park near the towns of McGregor and Marquette, Iowa.

    Steve: Wonderful pictures of almost the beginning of the river that has had such a profound influence on the development and history of the United States.

    as the others said, great pictures. a whole lotta whater flowing through the big muddy there. i knew pike got around, but i didn’t know he had two peaks named after him.
