The Big FOUR – OH

Well it’s here, January 10, 2009.
40 years old today.

Last night I was going to put up this big, long post about what I’ve learned in my forty years and all that kind of stuff. But this morning I’ve changed my mind. All I want to say is that right now, at this moment in my life, I’m a very happy man. I’m happy that my family is well. I’m happy to have Lynne in my life. I’m happy to have had Tammy for the time I had her. And I’m happy to have all of you guys as my friends.

Now I’m off to clear the driveway because my birthday prestent from Mother Nature was 6 more inches snow and top of the 7 inches that fell yesterday.

    Happy Birthday! For someone who grew up in the 70′s, turning 30 was THE WORST!!! At 53, I look back and laugh at how old I thought 30 was.

    as Allie said, 40 seems so long ago but i agree with Kim that 30 was the worst but i sure wouldn’t mind revisiting it again!

    Happy Birthday Steven! I’ll be turning 57 tommorow and loving it. Enjoy everyday because it only gets better! Now back to the beach and enjoying this 80 degree weather in Redondo Beach.

    I can remember when I turned 40….many years ago. My birthday is in the summer and we don’t have snow where I live, so we celebrated with a few good drinks. You’ll probably have to come in from shoveling snow and have something hot…… Have a great day….and many more wonderful years ahead…..
