Wisconsin Cams Update and Weather

The Wisconsin WebCams Page has just been updated. I updated all of the links, replaced cams that didn’t work with ones that do and also added a few new cams that I just found.

It’s dumping big time now. The main lake effect snow is here and is supposed to be here until midnight. I just took Scout out and did some measuring. I got measurements from 5 inches to 6 and a quarter inches. There are a couple drifts well over a foot. If it keeps snowing this hard for the rest of the evening we’ll easily be close to a foot.

      I agree, but the dog has to go poop after he eats and Lynne is sicker than I am today so she can’t take him out. I was very bundled up and wasn’t out there to long. I did my measuring while Scout was trying to figure out how to poop with snow up to his butt :-)

    Storm total of 8 inches at 9:00pm
    It’s still coming down pretty good. The wind is really blowing the snow around, I have drifts well over a foot in areas. A large lake effect band just missed us to the west. If it would have come over us we’d be over a foot. Lynne heard on the news that Bristol, which is about 15 miles west of us, has over a foot.

    Glad I’m feeling better this evening ’cause I have a lot of snow blowing to do tomorrow.
